About our hotel

As a House person, you will be part of our housekeeping team supporting the hotel's operations.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Maintaining fully stocked service areas with guest amenities, towels, and linen
  • Assisting with linen trolley movement around the hotel as needed
  • Attending to guest requests and upholding our IHG Clean Promise standards
  • Notifying the Engineering team of maintenance needs in a timely manner
  • Ensuring public areas are kept neat and tidy
  • Supporting the housekeeping team with ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel property
  • Strong physical ability, including pushing linen trolleys weighing up to 23kg
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A 'can-do' attitude, willing to support colleagues and take on additional tasks
  • An eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Full working rights for Australia (sponsorship not available)
