Senior School Leader Position Overview

This key executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the educational outcomes, culture, and wellbeing of students in Years 7–12.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the senior school department to foster a positive learning environment
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that cater to diverse student needs
  • Mentor and support teachers to enhance student learning outcomes through professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with other school leaders to achieve strategic objectives

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
  • Current accreditation from relevant professional bodies (e.g. NESA) and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • A passion for education and commitment to supporting young people's growth and development
