Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Content Specialist to join our team of experts in the production and broadcast segment. As a Content Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing content from top archives and partners, ensuring that our clients can tell their stories effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Content: Identify and source high-quality content from renowned archives and image partners to meet client needs.
  • Client Education: Educate clients and internal staff on content through presentations and individual interactions, highlighting its value and application.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with sales and customers to ensure seamless project execution, driving revenue growth for Getty Images products and services.
  • Content Creation: Develop innovative proof-of-concepts to drive valued partnerships in the broadcast space, showcasing the potential of our content.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients regularly, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze content trends and needs, resulting in the acquisition of new content or uploading existing content to our website.
  • Internal Feedback: Share insights with internal partners to improve our online search experience and keyword functionality.
  • Client Ownership: Work directly with assigned clients, taking ownership of content related to their specific needs to maintain and grow their business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in stock photo/footage, preferably with a production/broadcast background.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate clients and internal staff effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Motivated to provide excellent customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently to lead projects without supervision, seeking answers and solutions independently.
  • Accountability: High accountability in achieving results, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Team Player: Works well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to function well in a changing environment, adapting to new situations and challenges.
