
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Program Leader

This role is a key appointment within the WA Country Health Service, encompassing leadership and management responsibilities for the Pilbara Mental Health and Drug Service, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Program.
- Provide advanced level child and adolescent community mental health services based on best practice, cultural competence, and trauma awareness.
- Manage the program to ensure efficient delivery of services and effective use of resources.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Regional Director Mental Health and in consultation with the Clinical Director to provide best practice clinical services to young people and their families across the communities of the Pilbara.
The ideal candidate will have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
Eligible applicants must also undergo a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process.
A Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) and Working with Children check may also be required.

- Develop and implement high-quality clinical programs that meet the needs of children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated healthcare services.
- Lead and manage staff to achieve program goals and objectives.
