Business Partnership Specialist Role

This position requires a professional with expertise in business partnering, people strategy implementation, and operational excellence. As an HR Business Partnering Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of divisional people plans within Strategic Enablement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercially sound advice to leaders, prioritising workplace safety and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead consulting engagements to address operational challenges by analysing data and recommending effective solutions.
  • Implement strategic change initiatives by managing project plans, communications, and embedding new ways of working in collaboration with HR Partners and business stakeholders.
About This Opportunity
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or similar environments, with a relevant tertiary qualification in business or human resources.
  • A proven ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to support and deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong capability in managing projects using structured planning, organisation, influencing, and risk management to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights, proposals, and recommendations using data visualisation tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate skills in data analytics, with the ability to extract, analyse, and interpret data trends to inform evidence-based decision-making.
