Lead Defence Redevelopment Initiative

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a major defence base redevelopment initiative. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead a broad scope of works, from accommodation blocks to new training facilities.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring delivery to scope, budget, safety, and quality. You'll drive site safety and compliance through leadership, documentation, and training.

  • Manage the electrical construction project, overseeing schedules, procurement, budgets, labour resourcing, and subcontractor management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, attending key site meetings and implementing quality assurance processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Trade-qualified in Electrical or a relevant construction discipline.
  • Experience in defence or government-related projects (highly regarded).
  • Expertise in estimating, planning, procurement, and interpreting design documentation.
