About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team as a Pharmacy Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with designated accounts (customers) to drive interest in our product portfolio and innovative clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical processes or issues, ensuring seamless service delivery to assigned Pharmacy accounts.
- Partner with your Pharmacy Accounts to develop and execute on sales plans and deliverables with the intent of achieving revenue targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and implement additional services to facilitate growth.
- Generate sales reports and quarterly business reviews to provide updates related to your customer locations.
- Deliver high-quality education and insights in person or virtually to customers, ensuring our products and services are well represented in the field.
- Work collaboratively with internal business units including Finance, Marketing, and Distribution to deliver objectives in line with our Strategic Imperatives.
- Collaborate with internal business units including sales, customer service, distribution, marketing, and finance to optimize the service offering and deliver high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 years of related successful Business to Business sales experience.
- Proven business acumen and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and analytical tools (Salesforce and Tableau preferred).
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and possess a strong drive to succeed.
