We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at Germain Street Kindergarten in Ballarat.

Job Description

This part-time role involves providing high-quality education and care to children aged [insert age group] at our state-of-the-art kindergarten facility. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and collaborative planning;
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social-emotional growth and development;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • Experience working with children in a kindergarten or similar setting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
