  • Our team is seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert to champion the Procore platform through evaluation and partnership processes.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executive teams to articulate the value proposition of Procore. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and clients, evaluating their business processes and systems to identify issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and design functional solutions using the Procore platform.

This role requires experience owning pre-implementation technical support for prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration to close.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to prospects and partners
  • Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and issues
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to gather and prioritize system requirements
  • Design and configure functional solutions using Procore tools and integrations
  • Craft value-based presentations to address customer business problems
  • Prepare clear documentation for delivery teams
  • Work closely with product teams to verify delivered solutions meet agreed functional and business requirements
Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years on-site construction experience
  • Previous experience working with Procore on-site
  • Proven sales engineering experience and/or experience in a sales quota-carrying role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage technical aptitude to master Procore's product offerings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
