Stratco Retail Sales & Design Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales & Design Consultant to join our Capalaba team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective product design and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Design and sell Stratco products to meet customer requirements
  • Process and enter orders accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to Stratco's critical safety rules
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and design skills
  • Availability to work two Saturdays per month
  • Experience in the building industry or manufacturing (desirable)
  • Forklift licence and experience (desirable)
