Drive the magic of Christmas by leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.

This is an opportunity to inspire, support and lead your team to create memorable moments for families visiting Santa's workshop.

You'll be the backbone of operations during the festive season, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that the magic never fades.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team to achieve outstanding visitor satisfaction
  • Maintaining daily operational efficiency, rostering and workflow management
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere at all times
  • Bringing positivity and energy even on the busiest days
  • Overseeing point-of-sale operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
Key Requirements:
  • A leader who inspires and supports their team members
  • Excellent communication skills with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Organisation, adaptability and calm under pressure are essential in this role
  • A strong communicator who excels in a team environment
