Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of API services and UI for all upstream and downstream consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and create test scenarios aligned to business requirements.
- Enhance existing test automation framework to provide better test coverage.
- Create automated jobs for daily shakeout and regression testing.
- Create test data when needed by other development teams.
- Execute tests (System Test, Regression Test, Smoke Test, Exploratory Test, and more) as per project schedule.
- Log defects and manage until defect closure.
- Publish test results and communicate if there are blockers to project delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with API services and UI testing.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Ability to create and maintain test scripts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
