About the Role
  • Lead a team of structural engineers on medium-sized projects
  • Manage the technical quality and support in the team
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project delivery
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in structural engineering
  • Knowledge and experience in the Australian market
  • Experience using design software such as Microstran, SPACE GASS, SAP2000, ETABS, and RAPT
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably chartered or close to gaining chartership
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
