Capital SMART Repairs is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team at Seven Hills.

We're looking for a Trade Qualified Spray Painter to deliver high-quality paint finishes for our customers, with a focus on innovation and excellence.

About the Role

As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing paint jobs in accordance with SMART processes and procedures
  • Signing off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
  • Maintaining spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as directed by leadership

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
  • Valid NSW trade licence
  • Experience in Collision Repair industry (essential)
  • Full Australian Working rights and valid drivers licence
  • Experience using Glasurit (preferred)
