Senior Accountant Policy and Advisory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Accounting Policy & Advisory department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Group's compliance with accounting standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating Group accounting written policies, providing expert technical accounting advice, and assisting with accurate and timely statutory reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries.
You will serve in an advisory capacity, requiring a talent for presenting financial information and accounting standards interpretation to senior management and business stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- CA/CPA qualification with over 7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
- Experience in designing and delivering written accounting policies.
- Strong skills in implementing accounting standards and interpreting IFRIC decisions.
You should have a proven track record of designing and delivering written accounting policies, implementing accounting standards, and interpreting and applying accounting standards.
Your ability to communicate complex accounting and financial reporting issues to non-technical stakeholders will be essential, as will your stakeholder engagement capabilities across all levels.
