Console Operator Position Available

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and welcoming to customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment by adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Managing inventory levels and restocking as needed to ensure that products are always available for sale.
- Providing training and support to team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in areas such as barista coffee preparation and food presentation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have flexible availability including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
