The Senior Administration Manager will lead and champion all administration processes and procedures as they relate to the financial administration of expenditure and income transactions at the Centre level within the relevant state/region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the state/regional team of Administration Managers, including their professional development, training, and mentoring.
- Ensure all state/regional administration processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Champion, support, and implement all national initiatives.
- Audit and continuous improvement of all national administration processes and procedures.
- State/regional based results reporting.
- Ensure Shopping Centre monthly reporting timetable requirements are met for the state/region.
- Facilitate ongoing upskill of administration skill set for the region/state.
- Enterprise Content Management filing in accordance with the Vicinity upload guide.
- Projects as required.
We're seeking a natural people leader who can demonstrate a strong background in financial administration, bookkeeping, and reporting. You will be adept at the management of monthly reporting timetables, accounting software, billings recharges, and receipting, reconciliations, debt management, and process efficiencies.
You will have experience within an environment where the customer experience is at the centre of everything you do. You are an established people leader, who leads and mentors your team to high performance, whilst proactively driving your own development.
You will be known as a natural coach and mentor who takes pride in developing the capability of others in the administration team. You will demonstrate a natural ability to develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders both internal and external.
