**About this role:**

Mudgeeraba State School seeks a dedicated professional to lead the Special Education Services, promoting an inclusive culture and practices within the school community.

The successful candidate will oversee high-quality advice and support provided by the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program.

  • Leading the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program to provide expert advice to classroom teachers for students with disability as needed.
  • Coordinating intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.

This is a critical leadership role that requires strong management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to students with disability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing high-quality teaching and adjustments for students with disability in accordance with related legislation and policies.
  • Forming and maintaining partnerships with parents, government agencies, and community groups to support students with disability.
