Beauty Expert

As a Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and help customers achieve their beauty goals. You will work across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, providing expert advice and support to our clients.
- Inspire and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and latest beauty trends and techniques through ongoing training and development.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and fellow team members.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including late-night and weekends.
