Strategic Tennis Insights Manager

The role of the Strategic Tennis Insights Manager is to develop and deliver strategic inputs and insights, reporting, education, training, and resources to drive tennis growth across Australia.

Tennis development requires a commitment to creating an inclusive environment that fosters diversity and supports people in their careers.

  • Promote a workplace culture that values equity and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement a national framework to support Member Associations' facility plans, including venue benchmarking based on infrastructure, performance, and demographic data.
  • Manage the implementation of best practice reporting and visualization frameworks for participation, including requirements gathering, design, and execution.

About You:

  • You possess extensive knowledge of the sport of tennis and its commercial and operational workings.
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills in both one-on-one and public speaking situations.
