Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop holistic care plans, and implement interventions to address clients' assessed needs.
  • Monitor chronic and palliative conditions, assess wounds, and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
  • Provide personal care duties, including showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care.
  • Offer emotional, social, and spiritual support to clients, promoting their overall well-being.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with a minimum of 2 years of practicing experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in aged care and community home care is highly desirable.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Current CPR Certificate are required.
  • The ability to work in Australia and possess a valid driver's license, car registration, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • A current NDIS check is also mandatory.
