Job Summary

Hoerbiger Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Machinist to join our team in Dandenong, Victoria. As a key member of our Compression Technology team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality CNC programs using Esprit Edge CAM software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for machining centers using Esprit Edge CAM software
  • Convert existing drawings and process sheets to Autodesk Inventor using HOERBIGER KT CAD tools
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient production schedules
  • Establish and maintain tool libraries and tool management strategies
  • Operate CNC lathes and milling machines as required

Requirements

  • Qualified Fitter & Turner or Toolmaker with a minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC machining
  • Proficiency in English at a technical level
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Esprit Edge CAM software and Autodesk Inventor
  • Knowledge of CNC machine controllers and tooling
