About the Role
Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other Tesco services.
- Manage the pharmacy budget and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure that the pharmacy team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and customer service.
