We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Room Attendant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner, with a focus on providing high-quality room presentations. They will also be required to maintain their own personal presentation and be available to work flexible hours over a 7-day roster.
This role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, as well as ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept tidy and organized. The successful applicant will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to any issues or concerns raised by guests.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, as well as being comfortable working at heights.
Requirements- Experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
