Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Specialist to join our team in Phoenix. As a key member of our store team, you will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service and ensure customers have an exceptional experience
  • Customise High-Fashion frames to suit customers' lifestyles, working with luxury brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci
  • Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide support where needed
