Director of Sales I EV Charging Industry

Mars Recruitment is partnering with an EV charging infrastructure company to find a highly skilled Director of Sales. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth and lead a sales team in Melbourne or across Australia.

About the Role:

The Director of Sales will play a crucial part in shaping the organization's success by developing and executing strategies to strengthen client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and meet revenue goals.

  • Set annual sales targets for the Account Management Team and individual team members, including commissions.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts to inform financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Regularly report to leadership on project pipeline, sales performance, and key KPIs.
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction and feedback regarding the sales process and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and create development plans to support skill growth and career progression.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, infrastructure services, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Industry experience in EV charging projects.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
