Water Solutions Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Great Northern Rural Services-ProWater, a leading Mid West WA water solutions business. As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in promoting our innovative water solutions to customers across Geraldton-Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their water management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order allocation, picking, packing, and delivery processes.
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Process invoices and manage customer accounts.
  • Participate in store duties and housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with irrigation design and installation, with training provided.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clean and current driver's license (desirable).
