Premium Solutions Group has an exciting position available within a residential building in Sydney's CBD.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Attend to resident needs, such as handling of postage packages, liaising with contractors, maintaining bookings for common areas and amenities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering day-to-day inquiries from residents and their guests in a 5-star hotel-like manner
- Create security access cards, lift access, order keys and garage remotes
- Patrol the site to ensure everything is safe and secure and in working order
- Build knowledge of the complex, maintain the building's efficiency
- Report hourly to management and committee
- Possess prior experience working at a high-end residential or commercial complex within either a security or concierge role
- Demonstrate charisma, charm, and a can-do attitude where anything is possible
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills, immaculate presentation, punctuality, proactivity, and reliability
- Showcase ability in multi-tasking and organisation skills
- Have a basic understanding of strata plans and building by-laws
- Be familiar with large-scale residential or commercial buildings and internal operations
- Understand how to book in and handle maintenance requests
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Possess strong verbal communication skills
