About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of allied health professionals, overseeing their performance and quality, identifying opportunities for growth and development within the team, mentoring and training junior staff members, providing expert advice and coaching on case management practices, and managing a caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and quality
  • Identify and explore opportunities for growth and development within the team
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on case management practices
Requirements
  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
  • Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
