CT Radiographer Role

The position of a CT radiographer is centered around delivering exceptional patient care through the utilization of cutting-edge technology and systems in a collaborative team environment.

As a member of our imaging services team, you will work closely with experienced professionals, including radiographers, sonographers, and nuclear medicine technologists, to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced CT scanners to capture accurate images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Assist patients in preparing for imaging procedures, ensuring they are properly positioned and informed about what to expect during the procedure.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to guarantee accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of patient care and customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in CT radiography (further training provided).
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed patient care and customer service delivery standards.
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in Medical Imaging Technology.
  • Current registration with AHPRA and NSW radiation license.
  • Familiarity with relevant WHS practices.
  • Valid driver's license.
