About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assessment Officer. As a key member of our Assessment Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of centralized assessments across the university.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for assessment events, including venue setup and seating arrangements.
  • Developing essential resources and materials to support assessment processes.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Managing assessment data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to assessment processes.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and other relevant software.
