Job Title: Facilities Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Lead to manage the construction program, including programming and coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in commercial or retail refurbishments
  • Sound knowledge of the construction market, including sub-contractors etc.
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labor
  • Highly skilled in OH&S
  • Client-focused approach
  • Trade background preferable

Responsibilities include:

  • Programming and co-ordination of sub contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
  • Liaison with clients ensuring successful delivery of projects to schedule
  • Management of the construction program reporting to the Project Manager
  • Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
  • Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions
