Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a mid-level professional to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

  • Act on a wide range of commercial disputes, including insolvency, regulatory compliance, defamation, IP, and white-collar crime.
  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation matters.
  • Draft and prepare court documents, correspondence, and detailed legal advice.
  • Appear in court and assist with advocacy as appropriate to your level.
  • Build and manage client relationships through clear, commercial advice and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the growth of the team and your own professional development through continuous learning and mentoring opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution, ideally gained at a mid or large-sized firm. They should possess strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of cases, from initial consultations to trial proceedings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve their goals.
