About the Role

The Senior Meeting Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Governance team, ensuring the smooth delivery of meetings and events. This includes managing venues, catering, IT, AV, travel, and accommodation logistics, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with senior executives and directors.

  • Provide high-level support to the Governance team, ensuring the smooth delivery of meetings and events.
  • Manage venues, catering, IT, AV, travel, and accommodation logistics.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
