Exercise Physiologist Wanted in South-East Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team at HealthcareLink in Brighton, VIC. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and regular reassessments using our full body diagnostic assessment system. You will also use Real Time Ultrasound to assess the strength and control of the TA and multifidus muscles, as well as spirometry and BMI assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and regular reassessments using our full body diagnostic assessment system
- Use Real Time Ultrasound to assess the strength and control of the TA and multifidus muscles
- Perform spirometry and BMI assessments
- Write reports to patients following the initial assessment/reassessment
- Liaise and build relationships with patients' GPs by sending them progress reports
- Run individual Clinical Pilates classes
- Run small group (up to 4 people) Clinical Pilates classes

We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist who is ideally experienced in Clinical Pilates and loves working with reformers and other Clinical Pilates equipment. You should be passionate about helping patients reach their health and fitness goals and believe that prevention is better than cure. You should be keen to learn and always strive to widen your knowledge and implement new evidence-based and clinically proven treatment options.
You should be able to work two evening shifts and 1-2 Saturdays per month. You should be a tertiary qualified AEP with full ESSA registration and have Clinical Pilates experience.
