Job Title: Bartender - 16 Antlers Rooftop BarJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our dynamic team at the 16th floor "16 Antlers" rooftop bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all visitors.
  • Create and serve standard and specialized beverages to order.
  • Follow procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment.
  • Set up and pack down of bar and venue to a high standard.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival.
  • Work cohesively within the team.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a similar environment.
  • Physically fit.
  • Outgoing and people-oriented, able to build connections with our guests.
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Valid QLD RSA.
