Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Frontline Human Resources. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including Emergency Departments and General Wards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Apply advanced clinical skills in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Perform triage, IV cannulation, and emergency nursing duties.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement education programs to promote patient understanding and self-management.
Requirements:
- Current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in Emergency Department settings, with a focus on Resus and Ventilation skills.
- High standard of written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proven ability to provide clinical education and support, with a focus on ongoing professional development.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $49.72 to $127.54 per hour.
- Full-time contractual hours, with a possibility of contract extensions.
- Shared accommodation provided, with on-site accommodation not guaranteed.
- Domestic travel reimbursement, with a maximum of $200 per trip.
- Bonus paid after contract completion, subject to taxes.
