About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Work Professional to join our team in the Women's and Children's Service at North West Regional Hospital. As a key member of the social work team, you will contribute to providing high-quality care to patients and their families.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, provide, and evaluate social work services for women and children. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting the hospital-based social workers and community-based social workers in delivering psychosocial support to inpatients and outpatients.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in social work and be eligible for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Please note that this position requires the successful applicant to work on-site, attend home visits, and participate in an after-hours on-call service.
