Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and facilitate engaging group and individual activities
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Provide personal care, including showering and toileting
  • Prompt and assist with medication
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Transport clients to and from groups
  • Support family carers

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support/Nursing or equivalent
  • Experience working with older people and those living with dementia
  • C Class Motor Vehicle License
  • NSW registered and insured motor vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
