We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and success of our Adelaide Buildings team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of building engineering in Adelaide and make a lasting impact on the city's skyline.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and business development, with a strong understanding of the local market and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing business strategy, leading project delivery and team performance, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering collaboration across Business Centres.

The ideal candidate will be a tertiary-qualified engineer with at least 12 years of senior-level experience in building services, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and significant project delivery experience.

A strong track record of client engagement, relationship building, and project leadership is essential, as well as effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary Engineering qualification
