About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Experienced Beverage Specialist in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the role and possess excellent latte art and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality beverages for customers, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista or equivalent
- Good latte art and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
