Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure infrastructure stability and availability through capacity planning, performance monitoring, and tuning.
  • Provide escalated support and technical assistance, and assist with issue resolution to meet timely expectations.
  • Design backup and recovery procedures, and plan and undertake Disaster Recovery and testing procedures to ensure effective plans are developed and implemented.
  • Determine root causes of issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Plan, review, and critique proposed changes, and implement them where applicable to ensure successful infrastructure updates.
Required Expertise
  • 6 years of experience in Datacentre technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Datacentre Network, DCNM tool, and EVPN understanding.
  • Extensive experience in Routing, Switching, Infoblox, DNS, Gigamon.
  • Strong network operations background.
PREFERRED EXPERTISE
  • Experience in working with Datacentre technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Datacentre Network and DCNM tool, and EVPN understanding.
  • Hands on experience in Routing, Switching, Infoblox, DNS, Gigamon.
  • SD WAN understanding.
  • Cisco networking skills.
  • Ability to create network design documentation.
  • Implementation/Build capability.
