About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Transport Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in scheduling our SDA fleet from farm gate to production pick-up, managing interbranch movements, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently schedule on-farm collections and interbranch movements.
  • Coordinate daily run sheets and driver materials.
  • Reconcile data flows and ensure timely data entry.
  • Oversee operational administration, including driver briefings and fleet maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with heavy vehicle logistics laws and safety regulations.
  • Promote a safety culture and maintain full regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support milk procurement and logistics strategies.

About You

  • Background in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field is desirable.
  • Experience in logistics scheduling or driving is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations around CoR, Fatigue, Mass management, and HACCP.
