Job Summary

Retail sales associates are required to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall retail experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding products and respond to their queries.
  • Provide product information, demos, and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, stockrooms, and display areas.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games is desired.
