Lead Service Desk Analyst

Salary: Up to $110,000 + Super

We are seeking a seasoned service desk professional with a successful track record in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) domain. This opportunity is tailor-made for individuals who have a genuine passion for technology and can resolve desktop, server, and networking challenges.

The scope of this role will encompass providing expert guidance and leadership to our service desk team. You will be immersed in various client environments spanning desktop, server, networking, and cloud technologies, while cultivating and nurturing client relationships with dedication.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Providing expert guidance and leadership to our service desk team.

* Immersing yourself in various client environments spanning desktop, server, networking, and cloud technologies.

* Cultivating and nurturing client relationships with dedication.

* Steering client projects from system implementations to seamless migrations.

* Skilfully managing relationships with third-party vendors and solution providers.

Prerequisites for this role include:

* Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.

* A solid history in Level 3 role within an MSP environment.

* Relevance IT qualifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.

* Proven experience supporting Windows Servers and Desktops.

* Proficiency in Azure Cloud, O365, Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V.

* Adept communication skills with a polished phone presence.

* A proactive, customer-centric work ethic.
