Job Summary

Heritage is seeking a skilled Part Time Healthcare Device Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to healthcare equipment and devices.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize program efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some work experience in a customer service setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record search to company standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. The successful candidate will be required to pass a post-offer drug screen and provide proof of certain immunizations and health screenings.

Physical Requirements

The position requires extensive walking, standing, stooping, and lifting packages up to 50 lbs. Technicians may also be required to push carts loaded with collection containers during service activities.
