Key Role:

We are seeking a clinician to join our national team of 300+ Psychologists, Counsellors and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

The successful applicant will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.

Your day-to-day duties will involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.

You will assess and observe participants challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.

  • National Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to become registered
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health or Nursing
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and other complex diagnoses
  • A car and licence
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role
