Experienced Diesel Fitter for Kalgoorlie Workshop

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our busy maintenance team in Kalgoorlie workshop, working on 5/2 or 9/5 roster.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining Underground mobile plant and equipment such as Jumbo's, Boggers, Graders, and Loaders;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults;
- Dismantling and assembling machine parts, engines, and replacing worn-out components;
- Conducting routine inspections and scheduling maintenance of plant equipment;
- Performing routine lubrication of machine parts, tuning engines, and ensuring machines operate in compliance with site regulations;
- Providing preventive and corrective maintenance according to maintenance plans;
- Updating maintenance log books in line with company policies and procedures;
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Certificate III or higher in Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Technology;
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics;
- Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence;
- Able to provide National Police Clearance (within 6 months of commencement);
- Working Safely at Heights certification;
- Hold current Provide First Aid or ability to complete the course within six months.
