About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Options Trader to join our team, with a focus on developing and optimizing trading strategies across APAC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their technical expertise and drive improvements in our trading operations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the future direction of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize options trading strategies across APAC.
  • Collaborate with research, quant, development, corporate strategy, and other functions to achieve outstanding results.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the team and challenge the status quo to drive innovation.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of driving improvements in systematic or semi-systematic trading environments, preferably at a top market-making firm.
  • You possess a holistic understanding of the options trading problem and can identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • You have a strong risk appetite and can navigate complex market scenarios.
  • You excel in communication and collaboration, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about trading and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
