We are seeking experienced primary education tutors to join our team as we expand our online presence.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for teaching students using our proven methodology, delivering high-quality learning experiences in literacy and numeracy, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
- Tutoring students in a small group setting to realise your passion for teaching literacy and numeracy
- Developing strong relationships with students and parents to promote self-esteem and self-worth
- Utilising technology to plan and conduct face-to-face online lessons
- Committing to every class you are scheduled to teach
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS AND PARENTS TO DRIVE ACHIEVEMENT
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A teaching degree or in the final year of your degree
- A current Working with Children Check
- A friendly, professional, and personable manner
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Demonstrate a positive, vibrant personality
- Confidence in using software and computers
- Strong internet connection and computer with microphone and camera capabilities
- Genuine love for learning and teaching
- Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
